Monday, March 23rd, and Tuesday, March 24th, were incredible days filled with success for Coronado’s Men’s Golf team. The team played in the afternoon both days at Anthem Country Club, where Coronado’s golf team took home yet another win in the books, winning out the second league match by 30 shots. This is not the first time the incredible team proudly secured a win this season.

“Our season’s going really good so far,” sophomore Jiho Sparks explained. “We are basically winning 2nd or 1st every match.”

Coronado went against over 20 other golf teams on Monday and Tuesday, and was unsurprisingly unstoppable. The team has been dominating the field from the start of the season and is most definitely continuing to work hard and ensure victory in every match. There is no doubt that the team will go incredibly far and be extremely successful this season. While winning is an amazing part of Coronado’s golf season, the team got to experience bonds with teammates and create new friendships, traveling to different states together and making incredible memories with one another.

“My favorite part of the season is traveling with the team,” Sparks said.

As the team worked hard and practiced all season, they also created amazing memories and connected with one another, which created an even stronger team. Coronado is so proud of our remarkable golf team and coaches, and they will continue to amaze and work incredibly hard for the Spring 2025-2026 Men’s Golf season.
